Although we do not accept returns, refunds or billing adjustments may be granted under the following circumstances:

Cancellation of service by HTKC LLC before service was rendered
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the invoice.
We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:
Service has been completed and approved by the client

Service was delivered according to the terms of the selected plan
